This Woman Had the Best Response After She Overheard 2 Employees Making Rude Comments About Her Shorts

While overhearing a mean comment from a stranger would probably ruin most people's days, for one woman, it instead inspired her to speak up and remind others how important it is to be kind.

According to her now-viral Facebook post, Harriet Rae was shopping at a Superdrug in Truro, England, when she overheard two employees making rude comments about her appearance and teasing her for her cutoff denim shorts. Rather than confront the two employees or complain to management, however, she instead responded by giving them a big smile.
